I can not say enough wonderful things about their service and quality. Last month Prater's provided the most beautiful spray for my uncles funeral. Today I ordered a "just because" bouquet for my mother and once again, Praters exceeded my expectations. 5 stars!
They always seem to take care of me last minuit and make me look good to my wife!! Lol! Great service!
I live out of town and called to get an arrangement sent to my mom for her birthday and had a decent experience with the first phone call but then called back to get a picture of the arrangement text to my phone or emailed to me to make sure it is what I am wanting delivered and the lady told me that they charge $3 to text a picture to your phone then over heard the owner say I needed to find another florist if I don't trust her work. Then the lady told me I needed to call another florist per the owner. I told her that I live out of town and I know nothing about their business or anyone else and it isn't anything personal but its obvious that she doesn't need my business which is unfortunate because it is her lively hood and she should care. I was floored by the way I was treated. I called the wholesale florist in the area and she was super nice and gave me some great personal referrals and I let her know my experience with Prater so she will reconsider referring people there.
